Elections for positions in the MOSA Executive Committee
Only paid up members will be able to participate in any ballot as candidates or electors.
All positions are up for grabs, each for a two year term of office. The positions are;
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary General
- Treasurer General
- Committee Member – School programs
- Committee Member – Old Students programs
Any qualifying person, who has regularized their membership is eligible to stand for office, irrespective of their current residence.
Each candidate must register their interest (notify the organizers) before the 5th of March 2013.
Voting opens on the 9th of March 2013, when every paid up member will be contacted and invited to cast their vote by post, text, phone, or online (until the 6th of June 2012), or in person on the morning (8am to 1pm) of the 2013 AGM (Saturday 8 of June 2013).
If present, members of the newly elected executive will assume office at the close of the AGM on the 8th of June 2013. Otherwise, they will be able to take up their roles over the next few weeks by arrangement with the current management team.
